of Nursing When did you know you wanted to be a pro: at 12, all I could think or talk about were horses & horse shows First Horse: Chance (Heart's Desire): A green 9 year old, off the track, very head shy, TB mare (I was so little I had to stand on a milk crate in her stall for an hour trying to put the bridle on before I rode!) First horse show ribbon ever: Blue in Equitation Biggest riding accomplishment to date: Winning the Miller's Child/Adult Classic at Zone 3 Hunter Finals in Virginia Most embarrassing horse moment: Dismounting from riding a miniature pony, all of 9.2h, my jeans ripped wide open (in the least flattering of places), in the middle of the ring (full of lesson students!).....however, I learned duck tape really does fix everything!
